Key responsibilities Collaborate with the team to build and enhance developer-focused infrastructure products Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with the products Contribute to the vision of open-source observability by driving product initiatives Required qualifications Proven experience as a founder or in a startup environment Background in devops and platform engineering Strong understanding of customer engagement and success strategies Familiarity with open-source projects and communities Passion for building innovative solutions in the software development space
