Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide responsive ICU care for adult patients, including bread-and-butter ICU procedures
• Collaborate with attending physicians and staff to develop patient care plans
• Respond to patient needs as a responding clinician, primarily in adult ICU units
• Complete rounds alongside the medical team in the mornings and afternoons
• Manage patient assessments, documentation, and care response within Epic EMR system
• Support the ICU team with clinical decisions and patient response monitoring
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• Active Massachusetts State license (or willingness to obtain PAs within 3-5 weeks, with application before start)
• Board Certification in Acute Care with ICU experience
• 2+ years of critical care nursing experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA
• Ability to work independently with some supervision, with good communication skills

Required:

• MA State license or eligible PAs
• ACLS, BLS certifications
• 2+ years ICU experience

Preferred:

• Experience with adult intensive care procedures and patient response management
• Local candidates able to commute easily
