Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Graduate of accredited nursing program
• BLS required
• Previous oncology or radiation therapy experience preferred
• OCN certification preferred
• Strong patient education and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients receiving radiation therapy
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment tolerance
• Manage symptoms and treatment-related side effects
• Administer medications and supportive therapies as ordered
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care
• Coordinate care with radiation oncologists and clinical team
• Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition
• Document patient care and treatment responses in the EMR
