Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Murrysville, PA. The firm specializes in commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning, estate administration, and business services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and aspirations to grow into a Partner role. Duties Work with clients in real estate transactions, estate planning, and business services. Consult with clients to understand case details and merits. Draft documents to protect client interests. Monitor legal risks for clients. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations. Requirements J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Experience in relevant practice areas. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform under stress. Education J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent (recommended). Licensed Pennsylvania Notary (recommended). Certifications Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Licensed Pennsylvania Title Insurance Agent (recommended). Licensed Pennsylvania Notary (recommended). Skills Familiarity with Office 365, Lackner, and SoftPro. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. Tech-savvy and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to work independently and in a team.
