How You Will Make an Impact Collaborate with lead electricians to execute the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems.

Support critical project phases including rough-in, trim-out, and final installations under expert supervision.

Organize and transport essential tools, materials, and equipment to ensure job sites remain productive and efficient.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all safety procedures and company policies.

Execute basic electrical tasks as your technical skills develop, taking on increasing responsibility over time.

Contribute to team deadlines by maintaining a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

Represent the company’s commitment to quality by ensuring every residential project meets our high standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience Reliable and punctual professional with a strong internal drive to learn the electrical trade.

Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure project precision.

Willingness to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.

Demonstrated commitment to job site awareness and a safety-first mentality.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of previous experience in a construction or electrical field environment. Experience in residential new construction is highly preferred.

Proficiency with basic hand and power tools commonly used in residential electrical work.

Possession of a valid, non-restricted driver’s license for potential site-to-site travel.
