Now Starting at $20/Hour – Plus These Great Benefits: Paid Personal Time Off Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Free Black Card Membership Supportive, upbeat team environment Consistent and flexible scheduling Ongoing training and growth opportunities Enjoy extra earning potential through bonuses and incentives What You’ll Do: Lead group classes and new member orientations as part of the View email address on click.appcast.io program Create and maintain a class schedule that fits members’ needs and club flow Proactively engage members to assist with fitness questions and equipment use Promote a fun, safe, and supportive Judgement Free Zone® atmosphere Be visible and available out on the gym floor to members outside of class times Greet members and guests, offer assistance Be a reliable and collaborative team player What We’re Looking For: Friendly, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others Punctual, dependable, and professional Must be 18 years or older Nationally Certified Personal Training Certificate required CPR/AED Certified (otherwise, we will provide certification) Personal training or group instruction experience preferred Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk throughout your shift Ability to bend, lift, twist, and move in various positions Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
