Senior Records & Correspondence Management Analyst

AMA Consulting, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Records & Correspondence Management Analyst to support Federal correspondence management, records governance, and content management initiatives. Position Summary The Senior Records & Correspondence Management Analyst serves as a subject matter expert responsible for supporting controlled correspondence, records management operations, FOIA and FACA activities, business process improvement efforts, and content governance initiatives. This position partners with Government stakeholders to ensure compliance with Federal records management requirements while improving operational workflows and documentation practices. Key Responsibilities Records and Correspondence Management Support daily correspondence management operations across multiple tracking systems. Analyze records management processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and compliance. Assist with records scheduling activities and ensure adherence to NARA requirements. Support documentation associated with controlled correspondence initiatives. FOIA and FACA Support Assist Government staff in supporting FOIA and FACA processes. Review documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with program offices to facilitate timely responses and records retrieval activities. Business Process Improvement Document existing and future-state business processes. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and process maps. Identify opportunities to streamline correspondence and records management activities. Content Governance and Documentation Support SharePoint content administration and website updates.
