Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Litigation Associate with five-to-ten years of experience to become a part of our team! Responsibilities: Develop and execute legal strategies for cases and matters Independently handle and manage cases and matters Prepare, draft and file pleadings, legal documents, and other related materials for clients Conduct thorough legal research and analysis Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes Track and comply with all relevant deadlines Manage discovery process Conduct ethical interactions with clients and opposing parties Negotiate settlements Represent clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and before government agencies ​ Qualifications: Active license to practice law in Colorado (required) 5-10 years of professional legal experience Well-honed critical thinking and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong written communication abilities Extensive legal knowledge Deadline and detail-oriented Demonstrated experience handling court appearances and depositions independently Company Description Our firm represents individuals and businesses with a range of commercial legal issues.
