Job Details Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: CVOR / Cardiac Cath Lab Nursing Location: Topeka, Kansas 66606 Start Date: 09/16/2026 End Date: 12/16/2026 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour schedule (07:30 - 17:30) Shift Duration: 10 hours Hours Per Week: 40 Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250 - $2,370 Employment Type: W2 Travel Nursing Job Orientation: 36 hours Job Requirements Active Kansas RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required BLS and ACLS required in hand Experience in cardiac cath lab, cardiovascular procedural nursing, or CVOR preferred Ability to circulate procedures and support diagnostic and interventional cardiac cases Experience with procedural sedation monitoring and administration preferred Strong knowledge of dysrhythmia interpretation and cardiac rhythm management First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply RTO must be listed at the time of submission Willingness to float to like units within scope as needed Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care during cardiovascular procedures and catheterization lab cases Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including right and left heart catheterizations Circulate procedures and help maintain a safe, efficient procedural environment Monitor patients receiving procedural sedation and support recovery as needed Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmias, and hemodynamic changes Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and the procedural team to deliver high-quality patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols and safety standards Adapt quickly to unit workflow and provide coverage support when floated to similar areas Why Travel as a CVOR / Cath Lab RN in Topeka?
