Program ManagerGVI, a proud subsidiary of Three Saints Bay and a trusted federal government contractor, is seeking an experienced, highly organized Program Manager to lead and oversee a contract in support of the U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Information Operational Technology Integrated Systems (CG-C5I-OTIS) at USCG Headquarters. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving successful contract execution and fostering a strong working relationship with government stakeholders, and ensuring all program activities align with contract requirements. If you thrive in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment and have a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and delivering results, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction for overall contract executionManage and supervise personnel, including hiring, performance management, and professional developmentOversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reportingCoordinate and execute personnel security actions in compliance with DoD and Department of the Navy requirementsServe as the primary interface with government clients and prime contractorsParticipate in status meetings, program reviews, and executive briefingsEnsure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetIdentify program risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesMaintain strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and company policiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)5+ years of Program Management experience supporting DoD contractsProven experience in personnel management and team leadershipStrong understanding of program financial management and government contract complianceExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsThis position is located in Washington, DC.
