Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Familiarity with educational assessments and IEP processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators and parents
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver engaging, effective therapy sessions individually and in groups
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes
• Consult with classroom teachers and participate in IEP meetings to support students’ needs
• Provide support and resources to families and educational staff
