Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Additional customer service or business coursework is a plus

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience required
• Strong Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent attendance and reliability required

Job Duties

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide product support
• Make outbound calls to assist customers with product selection
• Verify customer orders for accuracy prior to submission
• Prepare and submit orders for processing
• Input warranty registration information into company databases
• Track and document customer interactions and call information
• Assist walk-in customers with products and services
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality standards
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.

What You Will Do


As a Customer Service Representative you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-up. You will communicate professionally across multiple channels while documenting interactions, supporting internal teams, and helping deliver a positive customer experience through accurate, responsive, and courteous service.
