They smile, greet and thank customers, ring up items, process payments, and keep a positive attitude. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time. Responsibilities Run the checkout registers efficiently. Greet, thank, and assist customers in a friendly manner. Ring up items and process payments accurately. Maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift. Stand for long periods as required by the role. Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
