About the Role

The Company is in need of dedicated volunteers to join its Board of Directors. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the mission of the organization, which is to reduce the stigma of mental illness and support those affected by mental health conditions. Board members will be responsible for strategic planning, financial oversight, fundraising, and executive oversight. This means taking care of the nonprofit's resources, making decisions in the best interest of the organization, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. General responsibilities for board members also include identifying strategic donors, supporting the Executive Director, and being an ambassador for the organization. The role is pivotal in the organization's efforts to provide education, support, and a voice for those affected by mental health conditions.
