Dishwasher / Porter

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, respectful and hardworking Dishwasher/Porter to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and restaurant while supporting daily operations. The Dishwasher/Porter will report directly to the Head Chef and Commissary Manager and assist with all cleaning and sanitation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly

• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area

• Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen, storage, and work areas

• Organize kitchen supplies, equipment, and storage spaces

• Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory

• Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas

• Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant as needed

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

• Support kitchen staff with additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Previous dishwashing, porter, or kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the Head Chef and Commissary Manager.

Schedule:

• Full-time available

• Must be available to work MORNING,WEEKEND and HOLIDAYS as needed

Compensation:
Competitive pay $19.
