Job Title : Business Systems Analyst
Location: On-site, 3-4 days at South San Francisco site


[Education]: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Information Systems or related field; Master's degree in Business or Science is preferred
[Domain]: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Pharmaceutical or Tech Industry with commercial data know-how including sales, payer, customer master data, and alignment. Formularies datasets
Experience gathering and documenting requirements for user-facing applications
Experience working with visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, Open source tools, and web applications
Experience working with data warehouse, data lake, and data analytics using Amazon stack, Python
Experience working in end-to-end software development lifecycle
Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucid Chart and Google Suite
Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills; solid business acumen of US Commercial Market in the Pharma industry; well-honed influencing skills are essential
Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
Able to do data analysis and write SQL queries
Must have data and hands-on experience with data-related initiatives
