Quality Manager

EDDI BRESSAN S.r.l., a structured and growing company operating in precision mechanics specialized in the production of medical instruments for orthopedics, is looking for a Quality Manager to join its team. Reporting to the Management, the role includes: Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485). Planning and coordinating internal and external audits. Ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and legal requirements. Managing non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions. Collaborating with production, technical office, and suppliers to improve processes. Drafting and updating procedures, work instructions, and quality documentation. Training staff on quality topics. Requirements: Degree / Diploma. Previous experience as Quality Manager or Quality Assurance Manager. Excellent knowledge of quality management systems and related standards. Analytical skills, problem solving, and process management. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Good knowledge of English. We offer: Direct hiring in the company.
