Now Hiring:   Maintenance Assistant

Responsibilities:

·        Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.

·        Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.

·        Working knowledge of electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.

·        Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.

·        Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.

Qualifications:

·        High School Diploma or equivalent.

·        Ability to work independently or part of a group.

·        Computer knowledge.

·        Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
