Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products for an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position. At Cintas, we support your growth with a comprehensive 10‑week training program and a solid base salary plus commission after route assignment. Most representatives work a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends, and receive monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Active driver's license. At least 21 years of age. DOT medical certification; must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Proof of previous employment documentation. Preferred Qualifications Ability to meet physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork drive.
