Sunbelt Staffing is seeking Special Education Coordinators for full-time opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
- Full-time
- 2026–2027 school year
- On-site positions
- 3 openings available
- Caseloads include High School, Middle School, and Early Childhood
- Additional details provided during the interview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support special education programs and services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
- Assist with IEP development, implementation, and compliance
- Monitor student services and educational progress
- Ensure special education practices align with state and federal requirements
Qualifications:
- Appropriate Delaware certification/licensure
- Continuing license preferred or a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in Delaware with completion of the Comprehensive Induction Program
- Strong knowledge of special education programs and IEP processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to meet required employment screenings and background checks
