Total Potential Income

Base salary plus additional revenue-sharing earnings: $82,000–$105,000/year

Base Pay: $77,000–$85,000

Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year

What Your Day Looks Like

• Treat a balanced outpatient orthopedic caseload with dedicated 1:1 patient time
• Top performers average 11–12 patients/day (double-booking only when appropriate and not impacting care)
• Build plans of care that match your clinical style
