Position summary The Accounts Payable Processor will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient processing of invoices for the company and all subsidiaries maintained in the region. Pay Range $18.58 - $28.20 per hour (This posting includes the full pay range for this position. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.) Reporting Relationship Accounts Payable Supervisor Location Rapid City, South Dakota Essential Functions Review and process invoices, check requests and resolve invoice discrepancies. Promptly provide routine information to vendors and employees as requested. Perform vendor statement reconciliations. Obtain a strong understanding of the automated accounting systems in PeopleSoft and SharePoint. Maintain documentation and perform job duties in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley. What Is Required High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience No experience required. Training provided. Strong keyboarding skills. Attention to detail/critical thinking skills. Ability to learn accounting duties of average difficulty. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of business information. Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills.
