As a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Cirkul, you will oversee quality inspections, conduct audits, and collaborate with the production team to address any quality-related issues. You will conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss quality initiatives to ensure all team members are aligned with best practices. What does an average day look like? Driving Results: Set measurable quality goals and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the production process meets or exceeds quality standards. Taking Ownership: Take the lead on quality assurance initiatives, from developing training programs for staff to spearheading quality improvement projects. Making Decisions: You’ll make informed decisions regarding product quality, process improvements and corrective actions. Cultivating Relationships: You will work closely with production, supply chain, and management teams to foster a collaborative environment. Instilling Trust: Maintain a high level of integrity in all quality assurance practices. Transparency in communication and reporting will be key to building trust within the organization. Customer Focus: Foster an environment of open communication ensuring the highest quality standards are met to deliver a top-notch product every time. What background should you have? 1-3 years of supervision experience in a quality role - preferably in a CPG or food environment. Experience managing safety and HR systems. Experience managing Production and Quality systems. Knowledge of GMP,SQF and HACCP policies. Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience. Have a positive attitude, willing to work multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment. Be self-motivated, dedicated, and provide feedback on people, systems, and processes as necessary. What do we offer?
