Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Overview We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Responsibilities Work one-on-one with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Monitor and document progress, adapt strategies as needed, and communicate effectively with the BCBA and family members.
