Client Care Coordinator

Your next opportunity: The Client & Family Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Spark team members and clients have everything they need to make meaningful progress each day! We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a dedication to our purpose. Responsibilities: Front Office Answer all incoming calls, greet families/guests upon arrival Manage team member inquiries between centers (e.g. general questions, assigning prep, addressing maintenance concerns) Coordinate with families/team for any day-of needs between centers (e.g. calling a parent due to illness; food/diaper requests, etc.) Maintain supplies at AR in accordance with purchasing guideline Scheduling Arrange day-of and pre-planned coverage for sessions, as needed, with minimal disturbance to therapist and client schedules Oversee and complete the current client coordination assignments for AR Onboarding | New Client Pursuit Discuss services with new, inquiring families.
