About the Role We're looking for a creative, organized and proactive Marketing & Operations Associate to support our growing team. This is a hands-on role combining marketing execution with day-to-day operational support. You'll help develop and execute marketing campaigns, create content and creative assets, work within Salesforce, and use reporting to help our Sales and Marketing teams operate effectively. We're looking for someone who brings ideas to the table, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable balancing creative work with data, systems and process. What You'll Do Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign ideas, copy, audience segmentation and performance analysis Create and manage social media content, graphics and other marketing assets Support website content, landing pages, sales collateral and other marketing initiatives Manage marketing calendars and help coordinate campaigns and projects from idea through execution Use Salesforce and other marketing systems to manage campaigns, customer data, lists and reporting Monitor sales and operational reports to identify trends and help ensure best practices and processes are being followed across sales teams Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion Support the rollout of new marketing and operational initiatives, tools and processes Assist with general marketing, reporting and administrative needs across the business What We're Looking For 1–3 years of marketing or operations experience Strong writing and communication skills with a creative eye for content and design Experience with email marketing and social media Comfortable creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of CRM best practices Comfortable working with data and reports Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities Proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership of projects Why Clarify Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match PTO plus monthly company events Weekly lunches provided in office Newly expanded NYC office with rapid growth projected over the next 12 months #J-18808-Ljbffr
