Reliable transportation and a smartphone Safe pressure, soft-wash, surface-cleaner, hose, and PPE practices Ability to identify runoff, plant, electrical, slip, sealed-surface, painted-surface, and screen-enclosure risks Clear before-and-after photo documentation and professional communication Applicants identify the equipment and surfaces they have actually worked with.
