People-First Restaurant Manager: Lead Ops & Guest Service

CBOCS West, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Cracker Barrel in Gurnee, Illinois. In this leadership role, you will manage both front-and back-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and team members. You will be responsible for coaching your team, managing inventory, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience and be able to work 50 hours weekly, including holidays.
