Softchoice is looking for a Principal(e), Client Solutions Architecture to lead enterprise-wide transformations in AI, data, hybrid infrastructures, and security. This role combines strategic consulting, platform design, and architectural governance to guide clients from solution conception to implementation, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business and finance, deep knowledge of technology and change management, and a structured approach to navigating digital transformation challenges.

Responsibilities include defining and managing enterprise-wide architectural direction, interacting with senior client stakeholders to develop multi-year platform strategies, designing high-performance AI architectures, leading business development and client relationship management, and providing strategic advice for solution implementation. The role also involves mentoring the team, staying current with industry trends, and contributing to the development of best practices and reference architectures.

Required skills include analytical, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving abilities, leadership and strategic thinking, active learning and trend recognition, and proficiency in presentation and project facilitation. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or technology, and an MBA or related master's degree is advantageous. Extensive experience in enterprise consulting and technology, particularly in data, machine learning, and AI, is essential. The role also demands flexibility, adaptability, and a trusted advisor status with senior management.

Softchoice offers a competitive salary range of $168,000 to $224,000 per year, plus 20% target bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and wellness programs, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and other perks. Fluency in English is required due to the need for daily collaboration with English-speaking colleagues and clients outside Quebec.
