This position supports housekeeping and maintenance teams by handling cleaning tasks in public areas, assisting with floor care, and maintaining order in common spaces. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds. Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards. Assist with floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning. Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds frequently. Friendly and service-oriented attitude. Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions. No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided. Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals.
