Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 17 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, flexible Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (ED) Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 36 or 48 hours per week with rotating shifts that include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. On-call and callback duties may be required. Job Description Join a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) in a state-of-the-art facility managing over 100,000 visits annually. As a Level I trauma center, you will be responsible for treating a diverse patient population and assisting with boarder patients. Note: The Emergency Department is unable to support first-time travelers. Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Manage care for a diverse patient population including high-acuity cases. Assist with the care of boarder patients as necessary. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN License in New York State. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Emergency Department. Telemetry experience is required. Previous travel ER experience is mandatory.
