Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and the ability to deliver high-quality patient care in a critical environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required. Current RN license in good standing.
