Growing together.Supports patient care delivery in the areas of patient reception, scheduling, insurance verification, payment processing for campuses with hospital and medical group departments.Location: 808 Cornerstone Ct Waterford WI 53185We offer 4 - 6 weeks of paid training. The hours of the training will be based on your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment. Training will be conducted on-site.Primary Responsibilities:Complete patient registration, verify demographics/insurance, and maintain accurate patient recordsProvide exceptional customer service, answer phones, manage patient inquiries, communicate delays, and ensure patient needs are metSchedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments while following provider protocols and patient needsCollect copays and balances, process payments, reconcile cash transactions, and comply with financial policiesRoute patient concerns, refill requests, and other clinical communications to the appropriate care teamManage work queues, online registrations, patient documentation, forms, and electronic communications within the EMRMaintain forms, process mail and faxes, manage inventory, generate patient correspondence, and support daily clinic operationsUtilize EMR and other required systems and applications to support patient access and operational workflowsMaintain an organized reception area, monitor patient flow, and support a positive patient experienceYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED1+ years of customer service experience in an office setting or professional work environmentBeginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productsAbility to work the following rotating schedule Week 1: Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30am - 6:00pmWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pmWeek 3: Sunday from 8:00am - 12:00pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:30am - 6:00pmWeek 4: Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:45am - 3:15pm, Friday from 9:30am - 6:00pmMust be 18 years of age OR olderPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a medical office or hospital admitting/registration officeKnowledge of medical terminologyExperience with electronic medical records systemSoft Skills:Excellent customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work in fast paced environments**PLEASE NOTE** The sign-on bonus is only available to external candidates. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
