Role Description The Gas Station Manager role at eExpress is a full-time, on-site position based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Gas Station Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, managing cash handling, monitoring fuel levels, and ensuring the site is clean, safe, and compliant with all company policies and regulations. This role supervises and schedules team members, provides coaching and training, and supports a positive work environment focused on excellent customer service. The manager is responsible for ordering inventory, tracking sales, managing waste and shrink, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Gas Station Manager regularly interacts with customers, resolves issues, and works on the sales floor as needed to support busy periods. Qualifications Experience in retail, convenience store, or gas station management, including staff supervision and scheduling. Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and conflict in a professional manner. Basic financial and operational skills, such as cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, daily reconciliations, and inventory control. Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, with attention to safety standards and regulatory compliance. Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Comfort with physical aspects of the job, including standing for extended periods and performing light to moderate lifting as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; prior leadership experience in a similar environment is strongly preferred.
