Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.

  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to offer effective treatment where appropriate.

  • Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions to support diverse client needs and dynamics.

  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software to streamline record-keeping.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration, keeping abreast of the latest mental health research and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and a comprehensive approach tailored to clients' needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele comprising individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our focus is on providing exceptional care to those who may have limited access to traditional mental health services, ensuring everyone in our community can achieve better mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this position.

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within Arizona.

  • Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Annual salary range of $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
