Elm Crest Manor, a skilled nursing facility in New Salem, ND, is currently seeking a PM Cook to join our team. As a PM Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our residents, ensuring that they are nutritious and delicious. You will work closely with our dietary staff to plan menus, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial kitchen, be passionate about food, and be dedicated to providing high-quality meals for our residents.

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu and dietary requirements
• Ensure that food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and special events

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
