Position Overview: The Project Manager / HR Manager will be responsible for overseeingcomputer refurbishment projects and managing human resources functions. This individual willwork closely with the management team and employees to ensure projects are completed ontime, within budget, and meet our quality control standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and finalize refurbishment projects according to strict deadlines and withinbudget. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaborationwith senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work plans. Coordinate resources and manage project teams to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful projectcompletion. Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are met throughout theproject lifecycle. Manage and resolve issues that arise during the project, escalating when necessary. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updatesand reports. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goalsand legal requirements. Provide HR support and guidance to management and employeeson HR-related issues. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new employees. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, anddisciplinary actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure compliance with federal,state, and local employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management,or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and human resources,preferably in the IT or electronics recycling industry. Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams to successfuloutcomes. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith all levels of the organization.
