The Office of Technology and Innovation (OTI) in New York City is seeking a Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) Lead to guide DFIR operations for citywide cyber incidents. You will act as top-level technical escalation and drive containment, eradication, and recovery across City agencies, cloud environments, and SaaS platforms.
