Fire Sprinkler Technician
Responsibilities: Fire Sprinkler Technician will install, inspect, and maintain sprinkler systems so our customers stay compliant and protected.

• Complete new sprinkler installations and retrofits on schedule and to NFPA 13/25 standards, achieving first-pass inspection approval on 95% of projects.
• Perform quarterly, annual, and five-year inspections, documenting deficiencies and completing repairs within 10 business days.
• Troubleshoot and restore impaired systems within 4 hours of notification to minimize customer downtime.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings, inspection reports, and service records in our management platform so every system history is current.
• Partner with sales and project managers to provide technical input that converts 80% of quoted fire-protection work into booked jobs.
• Train junior technicians on proper installation and testing techniques, reducing rework by 20% within six months.

• Ohio Fire Sprinkler License required
• Proven ability to read and interpret sprinkler drawings and hydraulic calculations.
• Hands-on experience installing and servicing wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong documentation habits and customer-facing communication skills.
