Seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our Resort and Marina. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a broad range of maintenance skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Resort infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Painting.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance request.
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Maintain pool area.
- Assisting with fleet of docks.
Qualification:
- 5+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
