An SAP BW/4HANA Consultant to designs, develops, and implements BW/4HANA solutions, leveraging SAP S4 HANA for data warehousing and reporting. Key responsibilities include data modeling, ETL process development, CDS view creation, ABAP development for routines and AMDPs, and troubleshooting. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure data integrity and performance in the BW/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement SAP BW/4HANA solutions, including data models and ETL processes.
Data Modeling and Reporting: Create complex data models and develop reports using tools like SAP BO WEBI, Fiori, and AFO Technical Expertise: Work with native HANA, CDS views, calculation views, ABAP (routines, AMDP, CDS), and SQL to build robust solutions.
Integration: Integrate BW/4HANA solutions with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve technical issues related to data modeling, reporting, performance, and system functionality.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for the implemented solutions and provide training to users.
Performance Optimization: Focus on optimizing data models, ETL processes, and HANA database performance.

Required Skills and Experience

SAP BW/4HANA: Strong experience with BW/4HANA core systems.
SAP HANA: Expertise in native HANA, calculation views, and data modeling.
ABAP: Good knowledge of ABAP, especially for routines, AMDPs, and CDS views.
CDS Views: Experience in creating and extending CDS views for reporting and integration.
ETL Processes: Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
