• Provider will be joining a busy practice with talented, experienced physicians and an advanced practice provider who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.

• Full-time position with flexible schedule

• Outstanding guaranteed salary and benefits

• Call Rotation: 1:3
\n
• Average outpatient volume: 20 ‚Äì 30 patients per day
\n
• Average inpatient volume: varies
\n
• Equipment includes:
- Office - Digital Cystoscopy with blue light and ultrasound - Hospital - Moses 2.0 Technology - Hospital - Digital Ureteroscopy\n
• Practice support staff including an advanced practice provider
\n
• Potential outreach opportunities in LaPorte, Chesterton & Valparaiso, IN

• Common Procedures/Surgeries:
- Cystoscopy - Urodynamics - Da Vinci Robot - PVP, TURBT, bladder biopsy, stent placement - Ureteroscopy - Prostate biopsy - Robotic prostatectomy - Laparoscopic nephrectomy/partial nephrectomy Compensation/Benefits \n

Qualifications: \n
• Doctorate - Required
\n
• Physician License (MD/DO) - Upon Hire Required ‚Äì and -

• Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate) - Upon Hire Required

• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Upon Hire Required
