Urologist Opportunity in Southeast Alabama
HealthYes Staffing Network is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist for a permanent, hospital-employed opportunity with an established regional medical center in Southeast Alabama.
Join a respected, growing group of five urologists with immediate patient volume, an established referral network, four supporting nurse practitioners, and modern surgical technology. The position offers broad general adult urology with the flexibility to develop a subspecialty area based on your interests.
Physicians completing training in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult patients with a broad range of urologic conditions
- Provide outpatient consultations and longitudinal urologic care
- Perform appropriate diagnostic, endoscopic, minimally invasive, robotic, and surgical procedures
- Manage conditions involving the kidneys, bladder, urinary tract, prostate, and male reproductive system
- Provide inpatient consultations and postoperative care
- Participate in the shared urology call rotation
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, hospitalists, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support clinical quality, patient-safety, and performance-improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Urology
- Eligible for an unrestricted Alabama medical license
- Appropriate training and eligibility for hospital clinical privileges
- Strong surgical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
- Current residents graduating in 2027 or 2028 are encouraged to apply

- Estimated base compensation of $450,000–$600,000 annually

The compensation range is an estimate based on current specialty-market information and comparable opportunities. The final compensation package will depend on experience, training, subspecialty expertise, projected productivity, and the employer's approved offer.
