Lead Cardiac SonographerLocation: Media, PA (Riddle Hospital)Schedule: Full-Time, Day Schedule - Includes on-call and weekend rotationsCompensation: $39.53 - $60.49/hr. Plus an additional $2.00/hr. Provides technical supervision of personnel assigned to perform ultrasound studies specific to radiology, echocardiography and/or vascular. Monitors workflow and all technical aspects of an ultrasound area to ensure smooth daily workflows. Monitors equipment issues, supplies and participates in Quality Improvement Plan. Is competent to perform ultrasound studies pertinent to lead role (radiology, echo, or vascular) to patient populations including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.Develop and Grow your Career! And employee parking is always free!Experience:Three years' experience as Cardiac Ultrasound Technologist preferred.Experience in a specialized, accredited cardiac lab preferred. Experience in vascular ultrasound preferredEducation:Graduate of JRCERT approved program or 3 years of experience in an institution with a specialized cardiac diagnostic lab.Licensures/Certifications:ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCS certification required within 1 year of hire.
