The Human Resources (“HR”) Analyst l (Shared Services) role at Ocean State Job Lot ("OSJL" and "Company") serves as a critical support function, ensuring data with HR subject matter experts (“SMEs”) to test system changes, analyze data, and identify process improvement opportunities. HRIS teammates, leveraging administrative capabilities to optimize workflows.

An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is required and majoring in human resources, MIS, computer science, or a related field is preferred. * At least one (1) year of experience with an HRIS system is preferred. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google platform (i.e., Docs, Drive, Sites). * Preferred work experience in the retail industry. * Strong understanding of Company policies and procedures is essential. * Must possess solution driven qualities and the ability to work under limited supervision.
