Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - Main.

Additional Details:

Shift & Scheduling: - All jobs with a 12-hour schedule have the option of a 36- or 48-hour work week.

Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. - Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. - In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on driver’s license.

Required Credentials: - Driver’s license is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. - Ascension Health does not accept vaccine/TDAP declinations. - Ascension Specialty Exam required; minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, with 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension EKG Exam required; minimum passing score of at least 80%, with 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Epic Test-Out required.

Unit Details: - Some cardiac population.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required
