Material Handler (Warehouse / Packing Team) Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hourSchedule: Rotating Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PMBonus: Enjoy a 5-day weekend every 3 weeks! Position Summary Are you someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to join our Packing Team. This hands-on role is essential to our warehouse operations and offers opportunities for growth, including training on warehouse equipment and advancement within the organization. Key Responsibilities Inspect packaged produce for quality, appearance, and accurate labeling. Build, stack, and organize pallets for storage and shipment. Safely transport materials using warehouse equipment, including pallet movers and stackers. Move products and supplies throughout the packing department. Support accurate and timely order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications Ability to safely and consistently lift up to 65 pounds. Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding product quality, labeling, and presentation. Basic math and counting skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures. Previous warehouse, packing, or material handling experience preferred but not required. Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Work Environment Fast-paced, active warehouse setting. Approved footwear includes steel-toe or composite-toe, slip-resistant shoes. All associates must adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company food safety standards, including: Personal Appearance Standards No jewelry or watches are permitted, except for a plain, stoneless wedding band or approved medical ID. Fingernails must be clean and kept short. Nail polish, artificial nails, and false eyelashes are not permitted. Excessive perfume, cologne, or aftershave is prohibited. Clothing Requirements Clothing must be clean and free of: Holes or rips Fur or faux fur Excessive fuzziness Rhinestones or other decorative embellishments Hair & Beard Covering Requirements Hairnets must be worn at all times and fully cover all hair. Beard nets are required for beards, mustaches, and visible facial stubble. Visitors and non-company personnel must wear designated blue hairnets
