divh2Residential Sales Representative/h2pResidential Sales Representatives are the primary sales force for our Pretreat Builder residential recurring services. In addition, they will support the Commercial Services leads within the territory given./ppJob Duties and Responsibilities/pulliProspects, qualifies, and generates sales within the companys established service area./liliVisit homes pretreated by AXC to offer additional services and warranty extensions including pest and termite services./liliFollow up on prospects to complete signed agreements./liliCalls prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline./liliRespond daily to phone and email requests from new potential customers and current existing customers./liliRespond promptly to customer needs. Solicit customer feedback to improve service. Respond to requests for service and assistance./liliComplete sales quotas on recurring services and one-time jobs./liliProperly utilize our lead management system (PestPac)./liliUpdate our CRM (currently PestPac) with the customer and service information./liliComplete follow-up calls and record the activity in the lead management system./liliIdentifies revenue opportunities within customers communities through communications, programs, and other activities as needed./liliProvide excellent level of customer service to new and current customers./liliCommunicate with customers, call center staff, company supervisors, and technicians to service the client effectively./liliSupport the Marketing Department during special events./liliPerform Ride-Alongs as needed with service technicians./liliContribute to building a positive team environment with strong morale among team members/liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent, bachelors degree in business preferred but not required./lili1 year of sales or sales support role./liliExperience with direct consumer sales, phone sales, and pest management preferred./liliExperience maintaining information in a CRM is required; PestPac experience preferred/liliPrevious experience working in a database and Windows-based computer environment./liliSpeaks clearly on the phone and writes routine reports and correspondence./liliCreative problem solver./liliAbility to learn and retain a high level of pest control industry knowledge through online, field, and classroom training./liliMinimal travel required.
