What You'll Do:

• Repair and refinish damaged vehicle body parts according to company standards
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed for accurate repair planning
• Communicate with the production manager to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep your work area and parts cart clean and organized
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 to 10 years of related experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Competitive pay: Hourly
• Pay range: $25 - $30, depending on experience
