Senior Heavy Civil PM - Highway, Bridge & Road Projects
Markent Personnel
Markent Personnel is seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead highway, road, and bridge construction across Virginia. You’ll own projects from planning through closeout, steward budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, agencies, subcontractors, and internal teams.
This role requires 5–10+ years in heavy/highway civil work, a strong track record as PM, DOT/VDOT experience, and proficiency with cost control, scheduling, and change orders.
